Sesto ed Uniti is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cremona in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Milan and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) northwest of Cremona.

Famous people
Sesto ed Uniti is the home village of the former mayor of Bologna and former trade union leader Sergio Cofferati. It is also the home town of chef Massimo Capra, famous for television appearances on the Food Network in North America, particularly on the series Restaurant Makeover.
