Sergey Shubenkov
Sergey Vladimirovich Shubenkov (Russian: Серге́й Владимирович Шубенков; born 4 October 1990[1]) is a Russian track and field athlete who competes in the 110 metres hurdles.
Biography
He is the son of Natalya Shubenkova, a former Soviet heptathlete who ranks among the best of all time in the event.[2]
Shubenkov won the gold medal at the 2012 European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and at 2013 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Gothenburg. He competed at the 2011 IAAF World Championships in Athletics. His personal best in the event is 13.09 seconds which is the current Russian record.
