Sergei Rylov (Russian: Серге́й Рылов, born 19 November 1975) is a figure skater who competed for Russia until 1997 and then for Azerbaijan until 2002. Rylov is the 1999-2002 Azerbaijan national champion. He competed in the 2002 Olympics, where he placed 24th.
