Serap Özçelik (born February 18, 1988 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish female karateka competing currently in the kumite -50 kg division.[1][2] She is twice European champion.

She began with Karate sport in 2000 at the age of twelve in Güler Spor at Eyüp, Istanbul. In 2005, Özçelik was admitted to the national team, and competed in all age categories for her country. She is a member of EGO Sport Club in Ankara. Özçelik serves as a teacher of physical education in Yaşar Doğu Primary School in Kağıthane, Istanbul.[3]
