Senmaida is an album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow.[3] The name means "a thousand rice paddies" (千枚田), a term for rice terraces. The album was recorded at the same time as Houjoue and Merzbuta. The first few pre-orders from the label included a Senmaida postcard.
"Tract 2" appears slightly edited as "Rice 4" on Houjoue.
