Sendi Bar (sometimes Sandy Bar; Hebrew: סנדי בר; born April 5, 1976) is an Israeli actress and model.[1]

Bar was born in 1976 in Tel Aviv. She was "discovered" at the age of 17 by Adi Barkan, who became her first agent. Bar became a successful model in Israel, leading commercials for "Black and wild" beer, "Milki" and "Isracart". She has modeled for several years for local fashion companies "Castro" and "Pilpel".

Bar started her acting career in 1996 in the TV drama "Deadly Fortune" (Kesef Katlani) The series was produced by Danny Kfir, marketed by Estee Shiraz and directed by Eran Riklis.[2] It was broadcast on prime time in Channel 2, and led to a few additional roles in several television shows, including "Zbeng!" and "Zinzana".

She resided for several years in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Aki Avni, and their son. They returned to Israel in 2008, and separated.[3][4]
