Semicassis granulate undulata is a Mediterranean subspecies of Semicassis granulata, a medium-sized sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the subfamily Cassinae the helmet snails and bonnet snails. Although this taxon was previously sometimes referred to at species level as Semicassis undulata, and was also sometimes referred to at species level as Semicassis granulata, the World Register of Marine Species considers this Mediterranean taxon to be a subspecies of Semicassis granulata the Western Atlantic taxon.[2]
