Life and career
Fieler graduated from Williams College in 1995 with a degree in political economy.[1] Fieler lives in Princeton, New Jersey with his wife and four children.[2] Fieler is the president of Equinox Partners.[3]
Political activities
In 2014, National Journal described Fieler as one of a growing group of "relatively anonymous free-spenders" funding their own political organizations.[4] Fieler serves as chairman and primary donor of the socially conservative American Principles Project, an organization that opposes the Common Core educational standards and same-sex marriage, and favors school choice and the pro-life movement.[5][6] Fieler also advocates returning to the gold standard,[1] and Fieler started an ultimately failed campaign to oppose the confirmation of Janet Yellen as Chairwoman of the Federal Reserve.[7] Fieler has served as president of the Chiaroscuro Foundation and on the boards of the Witherspoon Institute, the Institute for American Values, the Susan B. Anthony List, and the Dominican Foundation.[1][2]
