Scipio, Ohio
Scipio is an unincorporated community in the northwest corner of Morgan Township, Butler County, Ohio, United States, on the state line with Indiana. A post office was established on February 15, 1823, under the name "Philanthropy". The town was laid out by Joseph Alyea in 1827.[1] It is at the intersection of State Routes 126 and 129.
