Sawa (佐波郡, Sawa-gun) is a district located in Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

As of January 1, 2004 population data but counting only the town of Tamamura, the district has an estimated population of 37,556 and a density of 1452 persons per km². The total area is 25.86 km².
