Sarah LaTourette is the Representative for the 76th district of the Ohio House of Representatives. She is the daughter of former Congressman Steve LaTourette, LaTourette worked in both the private and public sectors before seeking public office.[1] She initially thought she would primary incumbent Republican Matt Lynch, but he opted out of a re-election bid to run for the United States Congress.[2] LaTourette was uncontested in the primary, and won the general election with 68% of the vote.[3]
