Santiago Millán Montes (13 September 1968, Barcelona), professionally known as Santi Millán, is a Spanish actor and TV showman.

Biography

He studied in the Colegio del Teatro (Barcelona) and in 1989 enter in the theatral company La Cubana during a decade. In 1999 he abandoned La Cubana and he joined Andreu Buenafuente's late night La Cosa Nostra (TV3), playing Paco Monteagudo (the reporter of the show). He achieved enormous fame in Catalonia on shows like A pèl (TV), 5hombres.com (theatre) or El Terrat (radio).

In 2002 he appeared on national TV with the series Periodistas, playing the reporter Pep. After the ending of this serie, Millan was contracted by the same producer and to play the role of Sergio Antúnez in Siete Vidas. At the same time, he returned to Catalonia with other Buenafuente's late night, Una altra cosa.

Building on his fame in television, he began a career in the cinema: Vivancos 3 (2003), Di que sí (2004) and his first dramatic role, Amor idiota (2005).

In 2005 Millán collaborated with Andreu Buenafuente in the first season of his first national TV show, Buenafuente.

He produced (with El Terrat) the TV series Divinos (Antena 3), cancelled after two weeks.[1]

In 2007 he abandoned El Terrat and created his own production company, Zoo Partners Entertainment (Zoopa).

In 2010 he presented the short late night UAU! in the channel Cuatro.

In 2012 he was contracted with the program El Hormiguero as a new collaborator.[2]
