Sandra Prosper is a Haitian-American actress, best known for her portrayal of Sheila Morris, married to San Francisco police lieutenant Darryl Morris, in the TV series, Charmed.[1]
She had guest appearances in Soul Food, CSI: Miami and ER, and a small recurring role in First Monday (2002).[2]
