Samuel Rappaport is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He served in the Pennsylvania House from 1971 to 1984.[1]
Rappaport should not be confused with the similarly named, but unrelated, Samuel A. Rappaport (ca. 1930 – 1994), a controversial Philadelphia real estate speculator and philanthropist.
