Samuel James Hefferton (March 28, 1896 – February 16, 1980) was a Canadian politician. He represented the electoral district of Trinity North in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly from 1949 to 1956. He was a member of the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador.[1] He served in cabinet as Minister of Education.[2][3]
