Samrajyam (English: The Empire) is a 1990 Indian Malayalam gangster film directed by Jomon. It centers on the story of Alexander (Mammootty), a powerful underworld don.
A sequel to Samrajyam is announced under the title would be Samrajyam II: Son of Alexander with Tamil director Perarasu directing the movie.[1]

Sequel
Samrajyam II: Son of Alexander starring Unni Mukundan in lead. The movie will be the debut Malayalam venture of Tamil director Perarasu. Twentyone years from the original, this sequel will be telling a underworld plot with the son of Alexander.[1]
