Samir Ahmed Ayass (Bulgarian: Самир Аясс; born 24 December 1990 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian football midfielder of Arab descent, who currently plays for PFC Beroe Stara Zagora.

Career

Samir Ayass was born in Sofia, Bulgaria to a Lebanese father and a Bulgarian mother.[1][2] He started his playing career at CSKA Sofia at the age of six.[3][4]

On 20 July 2013, in the first round of 2013–14 season, Ayass scored Lyubimets's first-ever A PFG goal, in a 1–0 home win over defending champion Ludogorets Razgrad.

International

He served for the Bulgarian under-21 team, capped 2 times. But he is not mentioned in the main squad of the senior team.
