Salvatore Bagni (born 25 September 1956 in Correggio) is a former Italian football.

Bagni is best remembered for his period at Napoli, where he won a scudetto in 1987, the first of two won by Napoli in its history.

Bagni played mostly as a central midfielder, and made 41 appearances for Italy, scoring four goals. He was part of the Italian 1986 FIFA World Cup squad.
