Issac Mahmood Noell (born 12 April 1983) known by his stage name Sak Noel is a Catalan DJ, music producer, songwriter and music video director. He was also founder and co-owner of Moguda, the Catalan nightlife community. Now, Moguda is non-operational. Since late 2011 he has been the owner of Noel Music. He is best known for his international hit "Loca People," and is also well known for the use of humour in his song lyrics and music videos.
