Sajan Prakash (Malayalam: സാജൻ പ്രകാശ്‌) (born in Idukki, Kerala, India) is an Indian swimmer. He competed in the men's 50 m, 100 m and 200 m Freestyle swimming, butterfly and relay events at the 2015 National Olympics in Kerala. He created history on 8th February 2015 by winning 6 gold and 3 Silver medals in Indian National Games, held at Trivandrum, Kerala.[1][2] He was called as Indian Michael Phelps.

Personal Life

Sajan Prakash who hails from Vazhathoppu, Idukki District of Kerala State is working with Indian Railways, Bangalore. His mother Shantymol is an ex Indian athlete and has represented country in several international events. He has completed his graduation in computer science and pursuing MCA from Annamalai University as open course.[5]
