Saints Peter and Paul High School is a parochial, Roman Catholic, co-educational, day school in Easton, Maryland. It is located in the heart of the Eastern Shore, an area populated by a wide variety of professional, managerial and rural residents. The school serves an area of seven counties. The High School shares a campus with the Elementary School but has its own principal, staff and faculty. It is run by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington and is the only Catholic High School on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

History

2008 marked the high school's 50th anniversary of existence and held a year-long celebration in commemoration. On October 9, 2009, Father Coine, the former pastor, announced that there was a probability that the high school would close next year. However, enrollment remained fairly steady during the next year and the school has continued on and remains an excellent private, Catholic, secondary education institution. During the summer of 2013 significant interior upgrades were made to the high school including new lockers, repainting, new carpet, and a new HVAC system.

The Saints Peter and Paul High School is the only facility of its kind on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, with the nearest Catholic school more than 50 miles away.
