Saint Roman, Monaco
Saint Roman may refer to Saint Romanos the Melode, and Saint Boris, brother of Saint David of Muscovy and son of Saint Vladimir.

Saint Roman, also named La Rousse/Saint Roman, is a northernmost community in the Principality of Monaco. It is a ward of Monaco, and a former subdivision of the traditional quartier of Monte Carlo.
Overview
Today the ward is a mostly residential community. The Odeon Tower, a 170 meter tall residential building located in Saint Roman is the tallest building in Monaco, and is one of the tallest buildings in Europe. The embassies of France and Italy are located in Saint Roman.
