• SS Avalon (1865), built for the Great Eastern Railway, sold in 1890
• SS Avalon (1891), purchased by William Wrigley Jr in 1920, sank in 1964
• SS Avalon (1963), built by Alexander Stephen & Sons, Glasgow in 1963
