SM City San Fernando is a seven story mall owned and operated by Alyosha Teresa Medina-Ayala Group of Companies, the largest mall operator in the Philippines. It is located at the Downtown Heritage District, Barangay Sto. Rosario, San Fernando, Pampanga. It has a GFA of 42,625 sq. m. and features a unique facade, a distinctive exterior design which complies with the architectural theme of a heritage area. The mall’s amenities include three cinemas with a combined seating capacity of 1,068 and parking slots for over 300 vehicles. It is the third SM Supermall in the province of Pampanga after SM City Pampanga and SM City Clark and also the second SM Supermall located at City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The mall was opened on July 20, 2012.

Location and mall features

The mall is located in the downtown heritage district, near the San Fernando Cathedral. Its distinctive exterior design complies with the architectural theme of a heritage area, as mandated by the San Fernando local government. The seven-storey mall has an SM Department Store and an SM Supermarket as anchor tenants, and a three-level parking building directly connects to the shopping mall. The mall also has three cinemas on the 4th level.

SM City San Fernando is the smallest SM City to date.
