SM City Lucena is a shopping mall owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines. It is located in Maharlika Highway corner Dalahican Road, Brgy. Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon. It is the first SM Supermall in the province of Quezon. It has a gross floor area of 78,655 m2 (846,640 sq ft) and a land area of 8 hectares.

Location

The mall is located within the corners of Maharlika Highway and Dalahican Road that leads to the city's major seaport, Dalahican Port. The mall faces Dalahican Road. Because of its strategic location, it has been a major stop-over for travellers going to Bicol Peninsula and also a drop-off point for buses and other major modes of transportation going back and forth to key cities in the south area.

Physical features

The mall resembles SM City Sucat for its exterior and interior designs. Like other SM Supermalls, it is a boxy-type building that offers 3 levels of shopping, dining, and entertainment that caters the needs of every Quezoneños. The mall features original SM brands like SM Supermarket, The SM Store and SM Cinemas. A separate open air parking lot located at the back of the mall can accommodate 1000 cars.
