SM City Cabanatuan is an upcoming shopping mall owned by the largest mall developer in the Philippines, SM Prime Holdings. It is located along Maharlika Highway, Brgy. H. Concepcion, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija[2]
The mall will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 154,020 m2 (1,657,900 sq ft)[1] situated on 110,242 m2 (1,186,640 sq ft) of land.
