Brand
Identity:
The SEEK Learning brand operates within the highly fragmented and competitive Australian career education market. There is a range of both indirect and direct competition, from bricks and mortar education providers to fellow career-related course aggregators.
Given the decision to commit to further study is generally high-involvement for the consumer, the SEEK Learning brand positions itself as an positive, knowledgeable, supportive and approachable (albeit with a slightly quirky side) brand which seeks to inspire customers to undertake career-related learning. The SEEK Learning brand also leverages its relationship with parent company, SEEK, with a key brand differentiator being a focus on courses that concentrate on getting students job-ready.
SEEK Learning’s current brand slogan is “You find your calling, we’ll find the course”, which references SEEK Learning’s ‘Learning Consultants’, trained staff who specialise in providing tailored course recommendations to prospective students. SEEK Learning, however also have brand campaign taglines which differ according to the particular campaign and key message. As at February, 2015 the current campaign tagline is “Get where you want to be”, emphasising SEEK Learning’s focus on connecting students with courses that are designed with real job outcomes in mind.
