Sadiki Thirston (born November 7, 1994), better known by his stage name, SD, is an American rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He was a member of Glory Boyz Entertainment.[1][2][3] His mixtape Life Of A Savage has over 52,000 downloads on DatPiff.[4] In 2014, he released his debut studio album called, Truly Blessed.
Early life
SD grew up listening to 50 Cent, Eminem, Gucci Mane and Cam'ron. He grew up as a member of the Black Disciples street gang set Black Gate And frontstreet 300 on the South side of Chicago, Illinois.[5]
Musical career
2012–15: Life Of A Savage mixtapes
On June 18, 2012, SD released his debut mixtape titled Life Of A Savage. The mixtape features appearances by fellow Chicago rappers Chief Keef, Fredo Santana, King L and Lil Reese. The mixtape's production was handled by Young Chop, 12 Hunna, and C-Sick. Since the mixtape's release, it has gone on to receive 47,000 downloads on DatPiff.[6] On November 16, 2012, SD released his second mixtape Life Of A Savage 2. The mixtape features appearances by fellow Chicago rapper Chief Keef. The mixtape's production was mainly handled by 808 Mafia.[7] On July 25, 2013, SD released his third mixtape Life Of A Savage 3. The mixtape features appearances by fellow GBE rapper Ballout and rapper Riff Raff. [8] On November 18, 2014, he released his debut studio album, Truly Blessed, which didn't have any featured artists. On February 19, 2015, SD released Life Of A Savage 4.
