SAE reconciliation is performed to ensure consistency in serious adverse events residing in the safety database and those residing in the clinical database. The comparison of SAE data will be performed manually by designated medical expert. A listing from the clinical database will be generated detailing the necessary data points in order to compare with the listing received from Sponsor/ Safety department via e-mail through secured links
