Sébastien Locigno (born 2 September 1995) is a Belgian professional footballer who plays for K.V. Oostende as a right back, on loan from Gent.[1] He made his Jupiler Pro League debut on 26 December 2013 in the 21st week of the 2013–14 season against R.A.E.C. Mons. He replaced Yaya Soumahoro after 60 minutes in a 1-0 away defeat.[2]
