The São Tomé scops-owl, petit-duc de Sao Tomé, or autillo de Santo Tomé (Otus hartlaubi) is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is endemic to São Tomé and Príncipe. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
