Rydell Poepon (born August 28, 1987 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a striker for Valenciennes in the French Ligue 2.
Club career
Poepon came through the youth ranks at Ajax but never played for their senior team. He was loaned for two seasons to Willem II before joining Sparta Rotterdam in summer 2008. After Sparta's relegation to the Eerste Divisie in 2010, he moved to De Graafschap.[1] In June 2012 he signed a 2+1 year contract with ADO Den Haag.
