Livingston No. 331 is a rural municipality in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan, located in the Census Division 9 a part of SARM Division 4. The seat of the municipality is located in the Village of Arran.

In 2006, Livingston No. 331 had a population of 355 in 177 dwellings, a -16.9% decrease from 2001. On a surface of 1,338.64 km² it has a density of 0.3 inhabitants/km².[1]
