Runemaster is an upcoming role-playing game being developed by Paradox Development Studio.[1] Formerly known as Project Nero, the game-story is to be based on Norse mythology, and the game will feature procedurally generated content.[2] The Clausewitz Engine is being used in the game, the first time it has been used for anything except a strategy game.[3]
The game is set to include six of the nine worlds of Norse Mythology:[4] Midgård, Jotunheim, Muspelheim, Helheim, Alfheim & Svartalfheim.[5]
On 4 December 2014, Paradox Interactive announced development of the game was suspended.
