Rumbi Island Grill
Rumbi Island Grill is a fast casual restaurant chain based in Sandy, Utah, United States, that specializes in tropical cuisine.[1] Rumbi’s menu includes rice bowls, island-themed entrées, salads, hamburgers, and sandwiches.[2] There are 21 Rumbi locations, including 15 in Utah, 3 in Arizona, 2 in Idaho and 1 in Colorado. Several new locations are planned in Orange County, California.[3]
Founder
Rumbi Island Grill was founded by Dave Duffin, who also founded Zuka Juice. The president of the company is Stuart Gee.[4]
Franchise
In April, 2008, Rumbi Island Grill began franchising its restaurant concept.[5]
