Ruffy Biazon (born March 20, 1969) is a Filipino politician and the son of senator Rodolfo Biazon. He is the former Commissioner of Bureau of Customs. He served as congressman in the lone district of Muntinlupa City for three consecutive terms since 2001 and ended on June 30, 2010. He was of the senatorial slates of the Liberal Party who lost elections, placing fourteenth.
Early life
Rozzano Rufino Bunoan Biazon was born on March 20, 1969 in Cavite Naval Station in Cavite City. He is the youngest of the three children of Rodolfo Biazon and Monserrat Bunoan-Biazon. Ruffy's father was then a young officer in the Armed Forces.
Ruffy, as he is called, attended the Malate Catholic School for his elementary and secondary education and graduated from high school in 1986. He then took up Medical Technology in the University of Santo Tomas as a pre-med course since he had wanted to go to medical school. He entered public service after college in 1991.

He served as congressman in the lone district of Muntinlupa City for three consecutive terms since 2001 and ended on June 30, 2010 after his lost bid for Senatorial seat in the last 2010 elections.
Bureau of Customs
On September 14, 2011, Biazon was appointed[2] by Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III after then Customs Commissioner Angelito Alvarez formally resigned at the Bureau of Customs. Two days after he formally accepted the position and he assumed his position as Commissioner on September 16, 2011. On December 2, 2013, Ruffy Biazon resigned his position.
