Rudolf Vladimirovich Plyukfelder (Russian: Рудольф Владимирович Плюкфельдер, born September 6, 1928) is a former Russian weightlifter and Olympic champion who competed for the Soviet Union.

He is of German ancestry, and was born in Novoorlovka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. His father and his older brother were executed by the NKVD in November 1941 after Germany invaded the Soviet Union.

Plyukfelder won a gold medal at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, setting a new Olympic record.[1][2] He won the light heavyweight world championship in 1959 and 1961.[1]
