Rudolf Mellinghoff
Rudolf Mellinghoff (born November 25, 1954) is a German judge, jurisprudent and tax law expert. Since January, 2001, he is sitting Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany in the court's second senate.[1] Prior to his appointment to the court, he served as judge in the Federal Finance Court of Germany from 1997 to 2001.
