Rrasë is a municipality in the Elbasan District, Elbasan County, central Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 1,594.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Shegas, Rrasë e Sipërme, Guri i Bardhë and Rrasë e Poshtme.[3]
