Rostokino District is an administrative district (raion) of North-Eastern Administrative Okrug, and one of the 125 raions of Moscow, Russia.[3] Rostokino is situated on the left bank of river Yauza, and the district's name in Old Russian literally means "river split".

The main landmark of Rostokino is the 18th-century Rostokino Aqueduct.
