Rosmin Kamis (born 17 June 1981) is a Bruneian international footballer who plays as a midfielder for Brunei DPMM FC and the Brunei national team, where he serves as the team captain.

H was called by Brunei for the 2012 AFF Suzuki Cup qualification, where he became the current team captain.[1][2] In the tournament, he scored through a free-kick in a 1-3 loss against Laos.

His brother Rosaidi Kamis was also a footballer, who was also on the Brunei national team, which won the 1999 Malaysia Cup.[3]
