Rosie Taylor-Ritson
Rosie Taylor-Ritson is an English actress best known for her role as 'Celia' in Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang.[1] She lives in Brighton, England and found out that she had got the lead part of Celia just as she was starting secondary school (Dorothy Stringer) after several callbacks. She also starred in Trace, in 2008, playing 'George'.
