Rosen Kirilov (Bulgarian: Росен Кирилов) (born 4 January 1973 in Vidin) is a retired Bulgarian footballer who played as a central defender or left back. He is currently the assistant coach of CSKA Sofia.

Kirilov previously played for PFC Litex Lovech in the A PFG.[1]

Kirilov made 51 appearances for the Bulgaria national football team from 1998 to 2006.[2] He was part of the squads at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2004.
