Rosa's Cafe
Rosa's Cafe is a Mexican food restaurant chain with beginnings in West Texas. Rosa's has expanded to 30 locations across Texas, including restaurants in Fort Worth, College Station and Killeen. Additionally, there is a restaurant in Temecula, California. The restaurants are well known for their "Taco Tuesday" promotions,[1][2] and increased locations during the current economic recession.[3]
The first Rosa's Cafe opened in San Angelo, Texas in 1983. Rosa's Cafe was purchased by the Bobby Cox Companies[4] in 1995. The Bobby Cox Companies also owns the restaurant chains Taco Villa and Texas Burger,[5] as well as several non-restaurant ventures.[6]
