Ronald Kramer (business)
Ronald Kramer (c. 1959) is an American businessman and CEO and president[1] of Griffon Corporation,[2][3] a manufacturer of defense communication equipment and home garage door openers.[4] Its Clopay subsidiary is the largest manufacturer of residential garage doors in the United States.[5] GFF is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.[3]
Prior to becoming CEO of Griffon, Kramer was the President and director of Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas between 2002 and 2008.[2][6] He was Managing Director of the investment banking firm Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein before his employment with Wynn.[2] He is related to the Blau family by marriage.[1]
