The Roman Catholic Diocese of Zamość-Lubaczów (Latin: Zamoscien(sis) – Lubaczovien(sis)) is an diocese located in the cities of Zamość and Lubaczów in the Ecclesiastical province of Przemyśl in Poland.
History
- 1991: Established as Apostolic Administration of Lubaczów from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Lviv in Ukraine
- March 25, 1992: Promoted as Diocese of Zamość – Lubaczów
