It is located in the southern region of Malaysia, administering 2 states, namely Malacca and Johor.

This is a list of parishes in the Diocese of Malacca-Johor. There are 3 districts: South Johor, North Johor and Malacca. There are currently 20 churches being administered under 17 parishes.
