The diocese of Ba Ria (Latin: Dioecesis Barianensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese of Vietnam. The creation of the diocese was made public on November 22, 2005. It was detached from the diocese of Xuân Lôc. As its first bishop Thomas Nguyên Van Trâm was appointed, who was previously an auxiliary bishop of Xuân Lôc.
The diocese covers an area of 1,975 km², and is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Thành-Phô Hô Chí Minh.
