The Roman Catholic Metropolitan Archdiocese of Mary Most Holy in Astana (Latin: Archidioecesis Sanctae Mariae in Astanansis) is an ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Kazakhstan. Pope John Paul II erected it as the Apostolic Administration of Astana on July 7, 1999, and elevated it to the Archdiocese of Mary Most Holy in Astana ("Mary Most Holy in Asanta") on May 17, 2003, with the suffragan sees of Atyrau, Karaganda, and Santissima Trinità in Almaty.

The archdiocese's motherchurch and thus seat of its archbishop is the Cathedral of Our Mother of Perpetual Help. Tomasz Peta was appointed the first Archbishop of Mary Most Holy in Astana by John Paul II on May 17, 1999.
