Rodney Goggins is an Irish professional snooker player born in County Wexford. He earned his place on the 2007/08 professional Tour by finishing top of the Irish senior rankings in the previous season. Goggins won the International Billiards and Snooker Federation World Under-21 Championship in 1999 when he beat Rolf de Jong of the Netherlands 11–4 in the final in Egypt.
